• Free delivery for all orders £70 and over (ex. VAT).
• Order before 2pm Mon-Fri for next working day delivery in the yellow and blue zones.
• Next working day delivery now available on large items.
• Order by 2pm Friday for Monday delivery, orders placed after 2pm and anytime over the weekend will be delivered next day in the yellow and blue zones.
• Delivery windows; before 10:30am / before 12noon available to most of the yellow zone (offered in checkout where available)
• Age restricted items will include ID check at point of delivery. We will not deliver age restricted items to minors.

A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made, where possible we will also provide delivery notification including inflight options to make alternative arrangements. Post 2 failed delivery attempts, a card will be left and you can collect from local DHL depot.

 

Delivery times are between:

7:30am – 7:30pm (Monday – Friday, Saturdays up to 3pm)

For parcels exceeding 30kg in weight, our carriers will require assistance when delivering to your premises. Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance, and will not be taken into the premises

These items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, whilst we maintain these delivery estimates to the best of our knowledge these timeframes are subject to change.

**Items advertised with extended delivery lead times are not eligible for our premium delivery options.

 

When will I get my order 

Delivery is usually made the next working day if you order before 6pm. Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders. Orders placed on a Friday, before 6pm, will usually be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on a weekend will usually be delivered on the following Tuesday.
